When you dig working out as much as we do, sometimes your skincare regimen is relegated to the back burner.
I mean, you can only shower SO many times in a day, right? Plus, there’s plenty of times when you’re jetting to-and-from a lunch workout and you just don’t have time to pop in the shower post-sweat.
So what’s a workout fanatic to do? Simple: You get great skincare products that trick people into thinking you’re cleaner than you are.
These awesome products below will get your skin so refreshed and clean, you may never want to take a shower again. (You’re welcome/I’m sorry. )

P.S. Our personal Cyc HQ favorite—and newest addition to our post-sweat skin regimen—is mio’s Skin Tight Body Serum. It was inspired by the idea that maintaining a healthy bod shouldn’t stop when you leave the gym. So to nourish our skin properly post-workout, we’ve taken to slathering on this stuff, which leaves us feeling just a pinch more… pinchable.

Step 1+2: Use these god-send wipes anywhere and everywhere you’ve been sweating. It’s essentially a mini-shower, but without the worry about your roommate flushing the toilet at the same time.
Step 3: Dab some rubbing alcohol (most locker rooms have this) on your arm pits so you can stop smelling asap. The alcohol kills the odor-causing bacteria, thus killing the odor.
Step 4: Dry shampoo your hair. Use the directions on the bottle. Sheesh, we can’t do everything.
Step 5: This is the equivalent of dry shampoo but for your body. If you know anything about dry shampoo, it’s that it changes your life. This powder is the best thing that will ever happen to your sweat this summer. You know those days where you sweat profusely in the 5 minutes you spent walking between your apartment and the subway, and then you get to work/home/wherever and your skin is dry but sticky and disgusting? That’s when you throw this powder all over your sticky self, and then magically you re-appear as a smooth, effortless glam human.
Step 6: Smooth this on everywhere you’d like to have tight, firm skin. Which is to say: everywhere.
Step 7: Spray this on your face. It balances your pH (if you don’t understand the importance of this, just accept that this is something you should do), it moisturizes your skin, and wakes you up. Still not convinced? Miranda Kerr uses this every day.
Step 8: This gel can work in place of your moisturizer–particularly in the summer when you’ll sweat it off as soon as you walk outside. This absorbs in less than 20 seconds, and doesn’t make you slimy if you sweat a little bit later.
Step 9: This is a BB cream, and one of our go-tos, but clearly you can use any BB cream you’d like.
Step 10: Dab a little concealer wherever you’re still flushed.
Step 11: This powder makes your skin glow like you’re pregnant and have been a vegan your entire life. But that’s not say you should put it all over your face. Just apply it to your cheeks and temples.
Step 12: The finishing au naturel touch: apply blush and a little lip color, and get back to work. You’re late!
